This past Sunday we ended our service by welcoming four new members into our local church body!
Brooke had been coming to the church during her time as a high school student. She, along with Pastor David’s three sons, did many school activities and projects together. Brooke is now a teacher for special need students. Her friends and family are so proud of her and excited to witness her step of faith.
Gola has been visiting Buckeye Baptist Church for a few months. It’s amazing how God puts people in the places he wants them to be! She had been looking for a church and one day she chatted with chat GPT about churches that had the foundation of biblical beliefs. Buckeye Baptist Church was the first one that came up on the list. We are excited to watch Gola grow in the Lord with us!
Dave and Vickie are a sweet couple who are well known to the people at Buckeye Baptist Church. For a time they had been going to different churches, but when they recently moved, they felt the Lord calling them to be part of the Buckeye Baptist Church family. Their daughter, Erin along with her husband, Matt, and their son, Kaleb are faithful members.
Please keep Brooke, Gola, Dave, and Vickie in your prayers and celebrate and encourage our new sisters and brother in our church family! We are excited to see what God has in store as they serve the Lord and grow at Buckeye Baptist Church.

Romans 12:4-8
“For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.”
BE disciples and MAKE disciples!
