Today was beautiful weather, a little cooler but lovely in the sun. Buckeye Baptist Church had a great turnout for our 2026 Fall Festival. Thank you to all who came out and for all those who participated. We couldn’t have done it without each of you.
We began the Fall Festival with a great message by Pastor David about being the hands and feet of God. He shared how it’s important to be willing and ready to serve the Lord, and to reach out wherever you are. God wants to use you, the question is... are you willing to let God use you? As God’s children we should never be lacking in zeal, but keep our spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.
“Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord” - Romans 12:11
Following the service, each Sunday School class hosted a game for the kids to play and of course candy was involved. We had so munch laughter, wonderful fellowship, face painting, raffle baskets, bouncy houses for the kids, praise music, yummy grilled hotdogs, and a pie contest!
Congratulations to the winners with the top 3 best pies: Shelley, Paisley, and Pam.
