What a privilege it was to be led in worship by Dr Lou Lilite and some of his music students from Cedarville University (including our very own James and Nathan) this past Sunday!
The group opened with a selection of three hymns: "Because He Lives", "The Old Rugged Cross", and "In the Cross."
Dr Lilite then delivered an encouraging and challenging message centered around Romans 12:1-2. "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
The group closed with the song "Lord, I Will Lift Mine Eyes" and these beautiful words: "[Lord], You are the source of my strength - You are the strength of my life - I lift my hands in total praise to you - Amen"
If you missed the service or would like to watch it again - check it out on our website or YouTube channel!
