Melinda's Testimony

Please read the following testimony of Melinda P, one of our dear sisters in Christ. May her story be a reminder of the goodness of God and an encouragement for you to share your own testimony! 

1 Peter 3:15 ~ But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear

Mark 5:19 ~ However, Jesus did not permit him, but said to him, “Go home to your friends, and tell them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He has had compassion on you.”

"Hello Everyone,

I just want to testify about how great our Lord is.

Since I gave my heart God on July 3, 2023 my life has changed. I was homeless. God helped me find a home. I have a very nice apartment. He helped me also with a job that I could walk to. But recently my hours were cut completely, I didn’t have a car.

I do have a drivers license. So it’s been hard to find a job. So... I prayed about it. I need a job, but I need a car. But I have to have a car to get a job kind of thing.

Well God provided that car. A 2010 Chevy Traverse that was in great shape, but it had a broken sway bar that I couldn’t afford to have fixed.

And guess what?

God laid it on someone’s heart to help with that also.

Now I drive to church and pick up some of the ladies who don’t drive because God gave me this car to do His work and that’s exactly what I am going to do. And I will be Praising God the whole way - If you are faithful....blessings happen."
