In the month of November, many people start a gratitude journal where each day an entry is made of what (or who) you are grateful for in your life. Below are just a few pictures of some of the great people we have serving in our church - here at Buckeye we are very grateful for our volunteer leadership - the mission and ministry of Buckeye Baptist Church would not be possible without our amazing crew of dedicated volunteers!
Colossians 3:15-17 says, "And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."
Whether you:
~ Drive the church van faithfully each week in our Transportation Ministry
~ Play with play dough with the children in our Kingdom Kids' Ministry
~ Go to corn mazes and get pizza with the teens in our Ambassadors' Youth Ministry
~ Mentor and play Halo with those in our Young Adults' Ministry
~ Plan Bible studies and Coffee Connections for our Women's Ministry
~ Prepare to pray and study God's Word with those in our Adult Ministry
~ Practice, sing, and play in our Praise Team
~ Record and balance audio in our Tech Team
~ Take photos and work on the church website in our Media Ministry
~ Meet and disciple others in our Discipleship Ministry
THANK YOU! Thank you for seeing the diverse needs of our church and our community and for stepping up to meet them. Thank you for doing it all in the name of the Lord Jesus and for giving thanks to God the Father.
